Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

• If the cancellation is made before the product is shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Exchange Policy:

You may exchange your saree within 2 days from the time of receipt, provided the saree is in good condition, neatly packed in its original cover.

• Please note, we do not offer pick-up services for exchanges. You will need to arrange for the pickup at your own expense.

Return Policy:

You may return your product and request a refund only if the item is defective or damaged.

• To initiate a return, you must provide an opening video of the parcel from beginning to end.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned product
